She was very communicative and explained each and every step in an intelligible manner for someone not familiar with real estate terminology and procedures. Judy went way above and beyond to make the process of selling a deceased loved one's small home from afar go quickly and smoothly. She met contractors to get quotes for repairs and updates, ensured the work was performed quickly, recommended and hired a deep cleaner, and even did some small repairs herself. Every professional she recommended was A+. She kept all the parts moving to be able to list the home on schedule, even when it seemed there was a lot left to do. Judy's pricing recommendation was well-researched and she astutely managed and advised on the offers/counteroffers so we ended up with a favorable outcome.
